Soothing Reiki treatments, both in-person and long distance. Reiki attunements for self-healing. Reiki master teacher training for qualified Reiki practitioners. Support & ‘refresher attunements’ for existing Reiki practitioners without a current teacher.
Tension Intervention
Self-Treatment
A practical and accessible form of self-applied bodywork using comfortable, non-strenuous techniques. Tension Intervention work can immediately release pain, increase range of motion, and improve muscle group coordination. Initial instruction session is typically 30-60m. Follow up support treatments are 30m.
