Your most joyful and fulfilling life is on the other side of a regulated nervous system.
Reiki treatment
Reiki is a gentle, light touch treatment; it is a form of ”complementary alternative medicine’ used in hospitals and health clinics through the US and abroad. The practitioner places their hands lightly on or directly above the area where Reiki is flowing, and remains in that position until the energy shifts to the next area of need. Reiki treatments are scheduled as needed, and can last from 45-75m.
Clients typically report feeling extremely relaxed and calm after a Reiki treatment.
Reiki attunement
Reiki Level 1 attunement is the ceremony used to pass on the knowledge and practice of Reiki. Although Reiki is based on the deeply-nuanced concept of chi or qi (as understood in Traditional Chinese Medicine), the practice of Reiki itself is quite simple and does not require in-depth study.
Reiki Level 1 attunement permanently ‘codes’ your system for resilient self-healing and assists the release of energetic blocks to self-healing. No experience is required to receive Level 1 Attunement, and you can begin giving yourself Reiki treatments immediately after receiving attunement. Levels 2 and 3 attunement require the previous levels of attunement.
Reiki Master Teacher attunement
Master Teacher training cannot confer ‘mastery.’ The mastery of Reiki is achieved through consistent practice and building a relationship with Reiki. This existing relationship and practice are prerequisite requirements for Cedar and Yew’s Master Teacher Level attunement, in addition to having received Level 2 attunement.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a light touch bodywork modality that works directly with the central nervous system (CNS). The CNS has its own regulation mechanism (still point), but stress, tension, and trauma can interfere with the body’s ability to induce a still point when it needs it.
Sage hasn’t offered this modality professionally since 2020, but they are bringing It back! Check back for updates, or ask to be put on the new client waitlist.
